The parking spaces made available to Orígenes Torrelodones customers constitute a temporary, paid concession for the use of space, subject to the current fee at all times, and are exclusively linked to the duration of your stay at the establishment.
The amount paid corresponds exclusively to the use of the physical parking space.
In no case does it constitute a contract of deposit, safekeeping, or custody regulated by articles 1758 et seq. of the Civil Code, nor does it imply any obligation of surveillance on the part of Raíces Torrelodones, S.L.
The parking of the vehicle is under the exclusive responsibility of its owner and/or driver.
Raíces Torrelodones, S.L. assumes no responsibility for damages, robberies, thefts, acts of vandalism, fires, collisions, weather phenomena, falling objects, damages caused by third parties, or any other circumstance beyond its control or not resulting from proven willful misconduct or gross negligence.
The company will not be responsible, under any circumstances, for the loss, theft, or damage of objects, goods, or belongings left inside the vehicle.
The maximum time to leave the parking lot is 1:00 AM.
Under no circumstances may any vehicle remain parked beyond this time.
In case of non-compliance with the established schedule or abandonment of the vehicle, Raíces Torrelodones, S.L. may proceed with its removal by tow truck service without additional prior notice.
All derived costs (tow truck service, transfer, storage, administrative management, or other associated expenses) will be entirely borne by the owner or user of the vehicle.
The user will be responsible for any damage caused to the facilities, other vehicles, or third parties as a result of negligent driving or non-compliance with the rules of use.
The use of the parking lot and payment of the corresponding fee imply full acceptance of these conditions.
Responsibility will be governed by the provisions of article 1902 of the Civil Code, with the application of the legal regime of the deposit contract provided for in articles 1758 et seq. of the same legal text being expressly excluded.
